Terms of Service - Althira
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the website Althira located at althira.pro and all related services information products and goods offered by Althira. 1. Scope of Services
Althira provides interactive training sessions workshops coaching programs digital courses and select physical items designed to integrate professional growth with spiritual development for executives and business owners.
2. Service Access and Delivery
Services are delivered in person online or a hybrid format as specified at the time of booking. Information products are delivered via secure download links. Physical goods are shipped to the address provided by the client.
3. Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined during the enrollment or purchase process. Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase unless alternative arrangements are explicitly confirmed by Althira in writing.
4. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule services by notifying Althira at least 72 hours in advance via our contact form. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the service date may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
Clients may cancel at least seven days before the scheduled start to receive a full refund of the fee. Cancellations made between seven and three days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the start date are not eligible for a refund however clients may reschedule the service once at no additional fee.
5.2 Information Products
Clients may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if they have accessed less than 20% of the content. After this period or access threshold is exceeded no refund is available due to the nature of digital delivery.
5.3 Goods
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original unused condition. To initiate a return clients must use our contact form. Once the returned item is received and inspected Althira will issue a refund of the purchase price minus a 5% processing fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
5.4 Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
5.5 Non-Refundable Services
Certain offerings such as live group workshops and subscription-based resource libraries are non-refundable. These services grant immediate access to exclusive content and are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. This policy ensures fairness and respects the commitment of both facilitators and participants.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Althira including but not limited to course materials videos and written documents is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Clients are granted a limited non-transferable license to use the content for personal or organizational learning purposes only.
7. Liability
Althiras liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the relevant service information product or good.
8. Modifications to Terms
Althira reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on althira.pro with an updated effective date. Continued use of our offerings after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled by the competent courts in Bern Switzerland.
